personal development plan
“The ‘why’ of self-directed learning is survival – your own survival as an individual, and also the survival of the human race. Clearly, we are not talking here about something that would be nice or desirable. . .. We are talking about a basic human competence – that has suddenly become a prerequisite for living in this new world” (Knowles, 1975)
This quote could be related to any business leader. Knowles’ vision suggests there is a solution to meet the challenges of today.
To be able to meet those challenges I have created a Personal Development Plan (PDP), which is improving my conscious skills, activities and knowledge, showing my weakness and strengths.
This PDP is aiming to define what is important for me, what I want to accomplish and what I need to improve on. I have focused, evaluated and prioritized my professional development goals and activities.
